Great web page. Did not know they had a store. Will have to check around and see if they have a store close to go see what they have & take things they might need.

The Troy store just recently moved to this new location, which originally was a grocery store and then a pet store. It is great that they now have some much room. And they even offer pick-up service for extra large items!!

  • Olive,

How thoughtful of you to take the time to promote this wonderful organization that is such a blessing to our community. Whether shopping or recycling unneeded items, it is a great place to do both. The new store is beautiful, and the staff is wonderful.
    Thanks so much!

  • Olive says:

I agree with you, Christina, that the staff is excellent!! So many people worked behind the scenes to make it possible to move to this new location. It is so much more convenient and visible. I’m glad that I could help publicize this worthwhile local organization!

Nice photos of the new ReStore!
A great place to find a good deal while reducing the amount of products in our landfills.
Also a wonderful place to volunteer.

    • Olive says:

I agree, Sandy! They have an amazing selection of quality products, as well as lots of display space!
All of the volunteers are friendly and helpful!!

  • I discovered our local ReStore several years ago, when my POC Chapter did a volunteer organizing project there. Before that, I didn’t know such a thing even existed! It’s such a wonderful way to reduce landfill and make home projects more affordable.

    • Olive says:

You are exactly right, Janet! I have purchased several things there. And donated many more! I’m very excited for them to have this new location. It should really increase their visibility as it is near the busiest shopping areas of our town. So glad to help out with a little extra publicity!!
